Carrot Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 Energy Blendie
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 teaspoon fresh Ginger
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 3/4 boiled water

Method:

  1. Blend together the Energy Blendie, carrot, ginger, honey, the juice of 1 orange and the juice of 1/2 lemon.

  2. Pour into a cup and add the boiled water.

  3. Stir well.

Best to drink straight away when smoothie is still hot
