Orange Banana Pancakes



  • 1 Kids Blendie
  • 1/3 cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbs Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • Coconut Oil/ Olive Oil or Butter for greasing the pan


  1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and

    leave aside.

  2. Add the Blendie, milk and banana to the blender and blitz until smooth. Slowly whisk the liquid into the flour until throughly combined.

  3. Heat a greased non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat and pour in half or a quarter of the mixture. Rotate the pan so that the mixture spreads to your desired size. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until you start to see bubbles pop the surface and the edges begin to darken. Flip and cook on the other side for about 2 minutes. Wipe out the pan and repeat with the rest of the mix.

  4. Serve with extra banana and some maple syrup.
