- 1 Kids Blendie
- 1/3 cup Buckwheat Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbs Milk
- 1 Banana
- Coconut Oil/ Olive Oil or Butter for greasing the pan
- Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and
Add the Blendie, milk and banana to the blender and blitz until smooth. Slowly whisk the liquid into the flour until throughly combined.
Heat a greased non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat and pour in half or a quarter of the mixture. Rotate the pan so that the mixture spreads to your desired size. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until you start to see bubbles pop the surface and the edges begin to darken. Flip and cook on the other side for about 2 minutes. Wipe out the pan and repeat with the rest of the mix.
Serve with extra banana and some maple syrup.
