- 1 Cleanse Blendie
- 1 Green Apple
- ¼ cup Cauliflower
- ½ cup Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut
- Blend together the Blendie, apple, cauliflower, spinach, coconut water and most of the dessicated coconut..
- Serve with remaining desiccated coconut sprinkled over the top
