Recipe of the Week: Green Apple Veggie Smoothie

Cauliflower in a smoothie?? Trust us! This smoothie doesn’t only boost your immune system with Vitamin C but also tastes absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cleanse Blendie
  • 1 Green Apple
  • ¼ cup Cauliflower
  • ½ cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut

Method:

  1. Blend together the Blendie, apple, cauliflower, spinach, coconut water and most of the dessicated coconut..
  2. Serve with remaining desiccated coconut sprinkled over the top

Notes: Can also use frozen cauliflower which is available in the frozen food section
