Recipe of the Week: Golden Immunity Bowl



  • 1 Energy Blendie
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 tablespoons Rolled Oats
  • 3-4 Brazil nuts
  • 1 cup Vanilla almond milk

For garnishing:

  • Cinnamon
  • Honey


  1. Blend together the Blendie, pear, oats, brazil nuts and almond milk on the lowest setting until combined.
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with extra oats, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.

NotesAdd more almond milk to make it more of a liquid smoothie. Ripe pears are sweeter.
