- 1 Energy Blendie
- 1 Pear
- 2 tablespoons Rolled Oats
- 3-4 Brazil nuts
- 1 cup Vanilla almond milk
- Blend together the Blendie, pear, oats, brazil nuts and almond milk on the lowest setting until combined.
- Serve in a bowl and top with extra oats, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
Notes: Add more almond milk to make it more of a liquid smoothie. Ripe pears are sweeter.
