Recipe of the Week: Glow Bowl



  • 1 ANTIOXIDANT Blendie
  • 1 Medium Grapefruit
  • ¼ Avocado
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt

For garnishing:

  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Honey (optional)


  1. Peel the grapefruit and blend together with the Blendie until combined.
  2. Add the avocado and the greek yoghurt and blend together on low until smooth.
  3. Top with pumpkin seeds, desiccated coconut and drizzle over some honey for extra sweetness,


Ruby red grapefruit used about the size of a large orange. Could swap the greek yoghurt for coyo – i would recommend 1.4 cup coyo. Or you could swap with coconut or soy milk. High in protein and fats to keep you feeling full.
