Recipe of the Week: Crunchy Apple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 Protein Blendie
  • 1 Apple
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup Milk

For garnishing:

  • 1 tablespoon Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Walnuts, crushed
  • Cinnamon, for sprinkling

Method:

  1. Blend together ¾ of the apple with the Protein Blendie, Greek yoghurt and milkon low until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the remaining apple cut into slices, the oats, walnuts and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Notes:

High in protein – perfect post workout!
