- 1 Protein Blendie
- 1 Apple
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Oats
- 1 tablespoon Walnuts, crushed
- Cinnamon, for sprinkling
- Blend together ¾ of the apple with the Protein Blendie, Greek yoghurt and milkon low until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with the remaining apple cut into slices, the oats, walnuts and sprinkle with cinnamon.
