- 1 Cleanse Blendie
- ¼ cup Papaya
- 1 Green Apple
- ½ cup Coconut Milk
- Coconut flakes, for garnishing
- Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
- Garnish with Coconut flakes.
Papaya is available all year round but gets very cheap around late July/August – I think that it is great for winter when you feel like going on a holiday! Make sure you choose a ripe papaya as they can taste not quite right if under-ripe – ripe papaya has red/orange coloured skin, if it is still green it is under ripe. As an orange/red fruit it is high in antioxidants carotenoids.
