Recipe of the Week: Cacao Protein Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 Protein Blendie
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 packed tablespoon Mint Leaves, plus extra for garnishing
  • ⅓ cup Almond Milk
  • Cacao nibs, for garnishing

Method:

  1. Gently pulse together the Blendie, bananas, mint leaves and almond milk on low. Add more Mint leaves to taste.
  2. Garnish with a sprinkling of cacao nibs and extra mint leaves.
