Recipe of the Week: Mixed Berry Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 ANTIOXIDANT Blendie
  • ¼ Avocado
  • ½ cup mixed berries, frozen
  • ⅓ cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt/coyo

For garnishing:

  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
  • Extra berries

Method:

  1. Pulse together the Blendie, avocado, berries, almond milk and yoghurt on low until thick and creamy. Garnish with the oats, coconut and extra berries and enjoy!
