- 1 Protein Blendie
- 1 Banana
- ¼ Avocado
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Almond Meal
- 1 teaspoon Manuka Honey (optional)
- Blend together the Blendie, ¾ of the banana, apple and the milk until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with extra banana and sprinkle over the almond meal. If using, drizzle over the Manuka honey.
