- 1 Energy Blendie
- 1 apple
- 1 ½ tablespoons natural crunchy peanut butter
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Notes: high in protein so perfect to keep hunger at bay.
