Recipe of the Week: Salted Peanut Smoothie

  • 1 Energy Blendie
  • 1 apple
  • 1 ½ tablespoons natural crunchy peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Notes: high in protein so perfect to keep hunger at bay.
