Apple & Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 KIDS Blendie
  • 1 apple
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¾ cup almond milk

Method:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth

Notes:

  • You can add a small handful of leafy greens to up the veggie intake – or greek yoghurt to make it thick and creamy and increase protein
