- 1 KIDS Blendie
- 1 apple
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¾ cup almond milk
- Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
- You can add a small handful of leafy greens to up the veggie intake – or greek yoghurt to make it thick and creamy and increase protein
