- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ avocado
- ⅓ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup greek yoghurt/coconut yoghurt
- 1 Antioxidant Blendie
- 1-2 dried figs, sliced (optional)
- Reserve some blueberries and combine the rest with the avocado, almond milk, greek yoghurt and Blendie in your blender. Pulse until combined and creamy.
- Pour into a small bowl and serve with blueberries and figs on top.
Blueberries may have positive health outcomes for the heart and brain. Figs are high in fibre and rich in minerals potassium, magnesium and calcium. Greek yoghurt is high in protein and also a probiotic – good for gut health.
Figs also contain antioxidants vitamins A and E.
