- ½ ruby red grapefruit
- 1 handful of kale, chopped
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 celery stick
- 1 Cleanse Blendie
- Combine the grapefruit, kale, coconut water and Blendie in the blender. Blitz until smooth.
- Place the celery stick in the glass and nibble as you drink your smoothie!
Grapefruit – helps improve insulin release (better control of hunger and moods) and evidence for weight loss in those with metabolic syndrome and is also high in antioxidants.
Coconut water = hydration.
Kale = antioxidants.

Celery – when chewed helps to boost metabolism and makes you feel less hungry. Fibre. Protein.
