Recipe of the Week: Energy Chai Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 banana, frozen + extra unfrozen banana to serve
  • 1 Energy Blendie
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs rolled oats
  • 1 tbs chai tea

Method:

  1. Steep the chai in 1 tbs hot water for 5 minutes. Strain, discard the tea leaves and combine in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Pulse on low until smooth and creamy.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with banana and enjoy!
