- ¼ cup frozen berries
- ½ banana, ripe
- 1 heaped tbs greek yoghurt
- 1 heaped tbs rolled oats
- 1 Protein Blendie
- 1 cup low fat milk
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
