Recipe of the Week: Booty Builder Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup frozen berries
  • ½ banana, ripe
  • 1 heaped tbs greek yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tbs rolled oats
  • 1 Protein Blendie
  • 1 cup low fat milk

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Notes:

After weights training this is the perfect recovery smoothie to help you get the most out of your workout – high in protein and teamed with carbohydrates
