Recipe of the Week: Calming Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Antioxidant Blendie
  • 1 small apple
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup almond/soy milk

Method:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!
