Ingredients
- 1 serve of Morning Perk
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 banana
Method
- Combine the coffee and milk in a saucepan and heat on medium-high until it starts to bubble. Lower the heat to low and cook for 1 minute.
- Mash ¾ of the banana and stir through the warm porridge. Slice the remaining banana and serve on top the porridge.
