Coffee Banana Porridge

Natural Banana & Date Porridge

Serves: 1

Equipment:  Mixing bowl and spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 serve of Morning Perk
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 banana

Method

  1. Combine the coffee and milk in a saucepan and heat on medium-high until it starts to bubble. Lower the heat to low and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Mash ¾ of the banana and stir through the warm porridge. Slice the remaining banana and serve on top the porridge.
