Blackberry Nut Bowl

Almond, Coconut & Chia Bowl

Equipment: Bowl and spoon


  • 1 serve of Nourishing Nuts
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 2 tbs greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup blackberries


  1. Combine the porridge, milk and half of the yoghurt in a bowl, stir, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Mash the blackberries with a fork. Dollop the fruit over the porridge and top with the remaining yoghurt.
