Prep: 15 minutes (4 small-medium sized pancakes)
- 1 scoop Vegan Cacao (or ½ scoop WPI)
- ½ cup buckwheat flour (or any flour of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- Combine all the pancake ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth.
- Cook large spoonfuls of mixture in frying pan for 1-2 minutes
- Serve with banana and a drizzle of maple syrup.
