Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Prep: 15 minutes (4 small-medium sized pancakes)

Equipment:  Blender


  • 1 scoop Vegan Cacao (or  ½ scoop WPI)
  • ½ cup buckwheat flour (or any flour of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup milk of your choice


  1. Combine all the pancake ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth.
  2. Cook large spoonfuls of mixture in frying pan for 1-2 minutes
  3. Serve with banana and a drizzle of maple syrup.
