Apple & Seed Overnight Oats

Difficulty: Easy

Prep time: 5 minutes + 2 hours

Serves: 1

Equipment: Bowl/ jar and spoon

Ingredients:

  • 1 serve of Apple Spice
  • 1 tbs milk
  • ¼ cup greek yoghurt

Method:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
