Triple Berry Bircher

 

 

Berry & Coconut Porridge

iDifficulty: Easy

Prep time: 5 minutes + 4 hours

Serves: 1

Equipment: Bowl and spoon

Ingredients:

  • 1 serve of Beauty Berry Porridge 
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbs vanilla yoghurt
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 2-3 strawberries, sliced

Method:

  1. Combine the porridge, milk and yoghurt in a bowl and stir to combine. Stir through the berries.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
