Equipment: Mixing bowl and spoon
- 1 serve of Morning Perk Porridge
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- ½ apple, diced
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 heaped tbs almond butter
- Combine the porridge, spices, apple, milk and almond butter in a bowl.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
