Banana & Date Porridge

Natural Banana & Date Porridge

Prep: 5 minutes

Equipment: Saucepan, spoon


  • 1 serve of Original Porridge 
  • 1 banana, ½ mashed
  • 2-3 dates, chopped
  • ¾  cup milk


  1. Make the porridge by placing in a small saucepan with the dates and bringing to medium heat. When it starts to bubble lower to a simmer and cook for 1 minute
  2. Remove from heat and stir through banana
  3. Serve with the remaining banana and dates on top. Sprinkle some cinnamon and nutmeg for a bit of zest!
