Apple & Coconut Bircher

Prep time: 5 mins + 2 hours

Serves: 1

Equipment: Bowl/jar and spoon

Ingredients:

  • 1 serve of Original Porridge 
  • ½ grated apple
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbs natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbs desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Thoroughly combine the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight
  3. Serve topped with a dash of yoghurt and desiccated coconut
