Recipe of the Week: Ketogenic Smoothie

Equipment:  

  • Blender

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cleanse Blendie
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Chia seeds (optional)

Topping:

  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut chips

Method:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Decorate with the toppings and enjoy.

Notes:

  • With only 13g carbohydrates per serving and high in good fats from avocado and chia seeds, this smoothie bowl is perfect for if you are following a ketogenic, or low carb high fat diet
